Thank you for using qmdj.ai. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of qmdj.ai, as well as all related content and services we provide. Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
The Services are available to users worldwide and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the GDPR, the CCPA, and other relevant local laws.
用户保留其输入的排盘时间参数及生成的排盘结果的相关权利。
用户授予我们非独占、不可转让的许可，仅限于存储和处理数据以提供服务。
不得上传虚假信息、违法内容或滥用服务干扰系统运行。

Users retain all rights to the time parameters they input and the corresponding chart results generated by the Services.
Users grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for the purpose of storing and processing data to provide the Services.
Users shall not upload false information, illegal content, or abuse the Services to disrupt system operations.

服务目标全年可用率不低于 99.5%。

The target annual uptime rate of the Services shall be no less than 99.5%.

The Services generate content based on algorithms and artificial intelligence, which may contain errors or incompleteness.

User data may be stored in Singapore or other regions that meet data protection requirements.

Astrological chart results are generated based on relevant algorithms and are for reference only; they do not constitute a basis for decision-making.
The Services contain AI-generated content provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
网站代码、设计及算法归运营方所有。
用户生成内容归用户所有，但不得用于反向工程、侵权或其他未经授权的活动。
The website code, design, and algorithms are the property of the operator.
User-generated content remains the property of users, but may not be used for reverse engineering, infringement, or other unauthorized activities.
用户可随时注销账户。
违反协议可暂停或终止服务。
Users may deactivate their accounts at any time.
We may suspend or terminate the Services in the event of a breach of this Agreement.
本协议适用用户所在地法律。
欧盟用户可使用在线争议解决机制（ODR）。
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the user’s place of residence.
Users in the European Union may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform.
重大变更将提前通知用户。您在更新后继续使用服务，即表示您接受更新后的协议内容。
Material changes to this Agreement will be notified to users in advance. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
